Chef Amar Ronald Xavier is strengthening his profile on the international culinary stage with two notable record-related achievements that reflect his experience, versatility and contribution to the world of gastronomy. His association with a Guinness World Records title in Malaysia and his latest recognition by the Book of World Records in India together present a distinctive journey connecting international culinary events with record-breaking achievements.

One of the significant milestones in Chef Amar Xavier’s career comes from his participation as a Judge in a Guinness World Records title during the Malaysia Culinary World Cup 2023. The event was held from February 21 to 23, 2023, in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, bringing together culinary professionals and participants for a large-scale cooking competition.

According to the Guinness World Records certificate associated with the event, the record title was “The Largest Cooking Competition.” The achievement involved 713 people and was achieved by the Malaysia Bersatu Culinary Association (Malaysia) in Kuala Lumpur. Chef Amar Xavier participated in the record event in the capacity of a judge.

The event was organised by the Malaysia Bersatu Culinary Association, with Chef Arthur Lim serving as President of the association. The association played an important role in bringing together culinary professionals and enthusiasts for the Malaysia Culinary World Cup and the record-setting competition.

Chef Amar Xavier’s participation as a judge represents an important international association in his culinary journey. Being part of a Guinness World Records title in a professional judging capacity reflects his involvement not only in culinary preparation but also in evaluation, competition and the wider international culinary community.

The Malaysia Culinary World Cup 2023 became a major gathering for chefs, culinary professionals and participants, providing an international platform for showcasing culinary skills and bringing different food traditions together. The record-setting competition further highlighted the scale and collaborative nature of the event.

His second recognition is particularly significant as it represents a newly recorded achievement in 2026. On August 10, 2026, Chef Amar Ronald Xavier was recognised and included in the Book of World Records for the record title “Most International Cuisines Prepared in World Cuisines Restaurant – 32 Countries.”

The recognition was issued in Varanasi District, Uttar Pradesh, India, under certificate number BWR/IND/2026/001164. The certificate states that Chef Amar Ronald Xavier successfully prepared cuisines representing 32 different countries in a restaurant, demonstrating international culinary knowledge, versatility, creativity and dedication.

Preparing cuisines from 32 different countries represents more than simply expanding a menu. It requires an understanding of different culinary traditions, ingredients, preparation methods, flavour profiles and cultural influences. The achievement therefore highlights Chef Amar Xavier’s ability to work across diverse culinary styles while maintaining the skill and discipline expected in professional gastronomy.

The Book of World Records certificate describes his achievement in terms of culinary expertise, versatility, creativity, international culinary knowledge and dedication. The recognition places particular emphasis on his ability to represent the cuisines of different nations through his culinary work.

Together, these two achievements showcase two different dimensions of Chef Amar Xavier’s professional journey. His Guinness World Records association demonstrates his role as a culinary judge at an internationally recognised record-setting event, while his 2026 Book of World Records recognition highlights his own culinary achievement involving cuisines from 32 countries.

The connection between the two milestones is also notable. The first took place in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, where Chef Amar Xavier participated as a judge in a record-setting culinary competition involving 713 people and organised by the Malaysia Bersatu Culinary Association under the leadership of President Chef Arthur Lim. The second came in Varanasi, India, where Chef Amar Xavier was recognised for an individual culinary achievement involving international cuisines.

For a chef, such milestones extend beyond awards and certificates. They represent opportunities to demonstrate culinary knowledge, participate in international platforms and contribute to the evolving global food culture. Chef Amar Xavier’s record-related journey reflects a combination of professional experience, international exposure, judging expertise and culinary experimentation.

The latest Book of World Records recognition, dated August 10, 2026, adds another significant chapter to his career. With cuisines representing 32 countries prepared in a World Cuisines Restaurant, the achievement reinforces his positioning as a chef with an international culinary perspective.

From judging a Guinness World Records title in Kuala Lumpur alongside a major international culinary association to earning recognition for preparing cuisines from 32 countries in India, Chef Amar Ronald Xavier’s two record-related milestones tell a story of culinary diversity and international engagement. As the global food industry continues to bring together traditions from across borders, achievements such as these highlight the role chefs can play in connecting cultures through food.

These two recognitions now form important milestones in Chef Amar Ronald Xavier’s professional profile, reflecting his journey across culinary competitions, international cuisines, judging and record-based achievements. His association with the Malaysia Bersatu Culinary Association, led by President Chef Arthur Lim, further adds an international dimension to a career shaped by culinary excellence, collaboration and a commitment to showcasing the diversity of global cuisine.
