At Taverna, the Lobby Bar at Taj Cidade de Goa Heritage, the completion of one year of its Specialty Coffee Menu is being celebrated with Bean to Bar; a month-long offering that brings together the richness of artisanal coffee and handcrafted chocolate in a specially curated experience. This simple ritual takes a more considered character with a specially curated anniversary menu to celebrate coffee, conversations and slow moments by the sea.
The anniversary menu brings together a selection of expressive coffee creations, each designed to offer a different interpretation of the familiar. Among them are the Almond Espresso, Raspberry Chocolate Cappuccino and Brown Butter Café Latte, alongside a refreshing selection of cold brews including Grapefruit Tonic, Honey Lemonade and Salted Caramel.
Complementing the coffee experience is a quartet of handcrafted cocoa bars, bringing together four distinct profiles: Single Origin Dark Chocolate, Citrus Blanc, Moccha and Salted Caramel. From the depth of single-origin dark chocolate to the brighter notes of citrus and the indulgence of salted caramel, the collection is designed to pair naturally with an afternoon coffee or stand on its own as a small indulgence.
