Expansion includes new school adoptions, women-focused skill training centres, and a structured sustainability governance framework.

MUMBAI (India CSR): Cellecor Foundation, the CSR and social impact arm of Cellecor Gadgets Limited, one of India’s fastest-growing homegrown consumer electronics brands, is advancing the next phase of its social impact journey through focused interventions in education, women’s empowerment, livelihood generation, and community development. Guided by a vision to positively impact over 50 lakh lives by 2030, the Foundation continues to expand its efforts to create meaningful and sustainable opportunities for underserved communities across India.

Foundation’s future plans

As part of the expanded vision, the Foundation plans to adopt additional schools in underserved regions, strengthening access to quality education through support for infrastructure development, smart classrooms, learning resources, student welfare programmes, mid-day meals, and school essentials. The Foundation’s future plans also include the establishment of the Sdn. Kulwant Kaur Skill Training Centres, a dedicated initiative aimed at equipping women with vocational, digital, and entrepreneurial skills. Through these centres, the Foundation seeks to enhance employability, encourage financial independence, and create sustainable livelihood opportunities for women across communities.

Advanced skill-based learning

These initiatives build on the Foundation’s ongoing efforts to create meaningful social impact across India through programmes focused on education, food security, women’s empowerment, and community welfare. Through its partnership with the Gurmukh Free Education Foundation (Mission Sarbat Da Bhala), Cellecor Foundation has supported educational infrastructure development and technology-enabled learning environments for students. The Foundation’s Mission Livelihood programme has further advanced skill-based learning and career-readiness training, helping individuals build capabilities for future educational and employment opportunities.

Beyond education and skilling, the Foundation has undertaken community welfare initiatives including ration distribution drives aimed at improving the overall well-being of underserved communities.

Success carries a Larger Responsibility

Commenting on the vision, Ravi Agarwal, Co-Founder and Managing Director, Cellecor Gadgets Limited, said: “We have always believed that success carries a larger responsibility. Cellecor Foundation is our commitment to creating meaningful impact beyond business through initiatives that support education, address food insecurity, and strengthen communities. While we are still early in our journey, our vision remains clear: to create opportunities, improve lives, and contribute towards a more inclusive and equitable future.”

Expanding Social Impact Footprint

As it expands its social impact footprint, Cellecor Foundation will also strengthen its focus on digital literacy, responsible technology usage, and e-waste awareness, helping communities participate more meaningfully in an increasingly digital economy. These efforts will be supported by Cellecor’s broader commitment to responsible business practices, including resource-efficient operations, sustainable packaging initiatives, ethical sourcing, and strong governance standards.

Through an integrated approach spanning education, women’s empowerment, livelihood generation, community welfare, and sustainability, Cellecor Foundation aims to create meaningful and measurable impact while contributing to India’s inclusive growth and development journey.

The Company

Cellecor Gadgets Limited’s journey in the electronics device business, and selling products under its own brand, including Smart TVs, Smart Gadgets, Wearables, Mobile Phones, Home and Kitchen Appliances, and more, outsourced from various electronic assemblers and manufacturers, started in 2012 as M/s Unity Communications-its founder Ravi Agarwal’s proprietorship firm. The company is promoted and managed with an enduring, sustainable business strategy, wherein the company aims to synergistically amalgamate business potential embedded in the ever-growing demand for electronic products with a modern business approach of sourcing, producing, and marketing with the objective of providing quality products at affordable prices. Today, Cellecor Gadgets Ltd. is a leading name in the consumer electronics industry, known for its innovative and cutting-edge technology.

The Cellecor Foundation

Founded in 2024, Cellecor Foundation is a wholly-owned subsidiary and the dedicated CSR and social impact arm of Cellecor Gadgets Limited. Guided by a commitment to creating meaningful and lasting change, the Foundation works to uplift underserved communities across India through initiatives focused on education, food security, community welfare, and humanitarian support. Through its efforts, Cellecor Foundation strives to empower individuals, strengthen communities, and contribute to sustainable and inclusive social development.
