DELHI NCR (India CSR): Continua Kids proudly hosted the Executive Leadership Team of Philips India at its DLF phase 4, sec 28 Gurugram recently, marking a significant step forward in advancing pediatric rehabilitation and inclusive healthcare in India.
The visit reflects a strong and growing partnership built on shared values of innovation, compassion, and measurable impact. The Philips India leadership team engaged closely with clinicians, therapists, and families, witnessing first-hand the transformative outcomes achieved through Continua Kids’ multidisciplinary therapy model. The interaction highlighted how technology-enabled rehabilitation, structured intervention protocols, and family-centered care are redefining possibilities for children with neurodevelopmental conditions.
In a major announcement during the visit, Philips India signed a Memorandum of Understanding committing INR 20 lakh towards CSR initiatives for the upcoming year. The funding will strengthen early intervention services, expand therapy infrastructure, support therapist training and capacity building, and enable subsidized care for children from underserved communities. This renewed commitment reinforces a long-term vision to make high-quality pediatric rehabilitation accessible to every child who needs it.
Dr. Puja Kapoor, Paediatric Neurologist and Co-founder, Continua Kids, said, “At Continua Kids, we see every day how early, structured, and technology-enabled intervention can significantly improve neurological outcomes in children. Our collaboration with Philips India is a meaningful step towards strengthening pediatric rehabilitation in the country. This support will help us expand access to evidence-based therapies, enhance clinical infrastructure, and reach children who otherwise may not receive timely care. Together, we are working towards a future where every child, regardless of background, has the opportunity to achieve their fullest developmental potential.”
Dev Tripathy, CFO, Philips India, added, “Philips India is committed to advancing equitable access to quality healthcare, beginning at the earliest stages of life.” Our partnership with Continua Kids and its registered non-profit trust, Sankalpa, aligns with this commitment by supporting early intervention and pediatric rehabilitation initiatives that generate measurable social impact. Through this collaboration, we aim to strengthen therapy infrastructure, enhance clinical capabilities, and facilitate timely, structured care for children from underserved communities, thereby contributing to a more inclusive healthcare ecosystem. We also extend our sincere appreciation to Dr. Puja Kapoor for taking the initiative and playing a pivotal role in enabling this collaboration.
The leadership at Continua Kids expressed gratitude for the continued trust and collaboration, emphasising that this partnership represents more than financial support; it symbolises a shared mission to empower children to reach their fullest potential.
