MUMBAI (India CSR): Bajaj Consumer Care Limited (BCCL), one of India’s leading personal care companies and part of the over 100-year-old Bajaj Group, is pleased to announce the appointment of Naveen Pandey as Managing Director and Member of the Board of Directors, effective 1st July 2025.

Jaideep Nandi, who has served as the Managing Director of Bajaj Consumer Care since July 2020, will be retiring from his role, marking the end of a notable tenure defined by strategic transformation and steady leadership. Under his stewardship, the company navigated a dynamic consumer landscape with resilience, driving digital transformation and renewed brand focus. As he hands over the reins to Naveen Pandey, the BCCL Board expresses its heartfelt gratitude to Nandi for his invaluable contributions and unwavering commitment.
Rich Leadership Experience
Talking about Pandey, he brings with him over two decades of rich leadership experience in the FMCG sector, having previously held key roles at marquee companies including Unibic Foods, Marico, PepsiCo, and Asian Paints. Most recently, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Unibic Foods India, where he successfully scaled up the brand’s national presence and consumer engagement across diverse platforms and product lines.
