Through its multi-year, mid-to-long-term social projects, HMIF has invested INR 400 crore since 2020, reinforcing Hyundai’s global vision of “Progress for Humanity” by addressing critical challenges in education, healthcare, environmental sustainability, and economic empowerment.

Championing Environmental Sustainability
With climate change becoming an urgent global concern, HMIF has taken proactive steps to reduce its carbon footprint. In 2024, the foundation:
- Reduced 21,811 tons of CO₂ emissions through tree plantation and green initiatives.
- Planted over 21,000 trees to increase green cover and improve air quality.
- Recycled 7,52,250 kg of waste, promoting a circular economy and responsible waste management practices.

Empowering Education and Inclusivity

- Encouraged arts and culture, providing grants totaling INR 1.65 crore to 150 multidisciplinary artists since 2021.
