NEW DELHI (India CSR): Schaeffler India, a leading player in motion technology, has announced the appointment of Shibi Mathew as the Head of Human Resources (HR) and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). The announcement, made on Tuesday, marks a significant addition to the company’s leadership team as it strives to reinforce its focus on innovation, inclusivity, and sustainable growth.

Shibi Mathew assumes her new role as a member of Schaeffler India’s Executive Leadership Team. Mathew brings over 22 years of extensive experience in strategic and operational HR, having held pivotal leadership roles in her career. Her expertise spans across Shared Services, Digitalization, Global Mobility, HR Analytics, Diversity & Inclusion, and team-building. Her proven track record in driving innovative HR practices and high-performing teams positions her as a valuable asset to Schaeffler India.
