GURUGRAM (India CSR): In a significant stride towards fostering women’s empowerment and sustainable livelihoods, 25 selected women entrepreneurs from Bajghera village, Sector-113, Gurgaon, have been integrated into a community kitchen initiative known as ‘Lala Ji Ki Rasoi’ under the esteemed Kaushal Sambal program, spearheaded by the M3M Foundation, CSR wing of M3M group.
This initiative aims to provide viable livelihood avenues for women. The inauguration of the inaugural unit, established through the collaborative efforts of the Ekta Foundation, on March 5th, situated at the centralized kitchen of the M3M Foundation in Bajghera, Gurgaon, Haryana, signifies the commencement of a transformative journey for these enterprising women, the foundation today said.
This kitchen serves as the hub for culinary activities, showcasing the talents and proficiency of the selected participants.

Dr. Payal Kanodia, Trustee and Chairperson of M3M Foundation, a distinguished guest within the community and a fervent advocate for women’s empowerment, along with local MLA Rakesh Daulatabad, have jointly inaugurated this community kitchen, aligning with their shared commitment to fostering entrepreneurship and self-sufficiency among women. Their participation underscores the dedication of community leaders and organizations to this noble cause.

On this occasion, Dr. Payal Kanodia, Trustee and Chairperson of M3M Foundation, said, “We take immense pride in witnessing the proactive involvement of women who aspire to make a difference. I am honored to contribute to this program in honor of my grandfather. Through Kaushal Sambal, we are making significant strides towards enhancing the self-reliance of women.”

The Kaushal Sambal Program aims to provide a platform for skill enhancement and economic autonomy. By extending support to these 25 women entrepreneurs, the Foundation not only enhances their prospects but also augments the socio-economic development of the community.
Lala Ji Ki Rasoi, under the purview of the M3M Foundation, aspires to fulfill its mandate by empowering women to ensure food security for marginalized segments of society. To this end, it sets a target of establishing 100 units of Lala Ji Ki Rasoi by the end of 2028, thereby manifesting a resolute commitment to societal welfare and empowerment.
