What is Google Bard? Here’s what you need to know about company’s new AI experience.

Welcome readers! This article provides an overview of the latest developments in the field of Artificial Intelligence, specifically focusing on two prominent language processing models – Bard and ChatGPT. These models have revolutionized the way we interact with computers and have allowed us to engage in more natural and human-like conversations.

In this article, we will take a closer look at what makes Bard and ChatGPT unique, how they work, and the impact they have had on the AI industry. So, sit back and join us on a journey to explore the exciting world of AI.

Google Bard: A New AI Experience

Google has announced a new artificial intelligence (AI) tool called “Bard,” a conversational service aimed at competing with Microsoft’s popular ChatGPT tool. According to Google CEO Sundar Pichai, Bard will initially be available to a group of “trusted testers” before being widely released later this year.

Google’s AI chatbot claims to be able to explain complex subjects in simple terms and perform mundane tasks such as providing party planning tips or lunch ideas. However, it is unclear if Bard will be able to write prose like William Shakespeare, who reportedly inspired the service’s name.

ChatGPT: OpenAI’s AI Essay Writer

ChatGPT is a free AI essay writer developed by OpenAI. It has attracted millions of users since its release late last year and has been used in a variety of industries, including real estate where agents see it as a potential game-changer.

Microsoft recently disclosed a $1 billion investment in OpenAI, further intensifying the pressure on Google to keep pace in the rapidly evolving field of AI technology. A team of Google engineers has reportedly been asked to prioritize developing a response to ChatGPT.

How to Use Bard in Google AI

Google CEO Sundar Pichai has emphasized the importance of AI for the past six years and one of the most visible byproducts is LaMDA, a language model for dialogue applications that will power Bard. Google also plans to incorporate LaMDA and other AI advancements into its search engine to provide more helpful answers to users’ increasingly complicated questions.

Google announced Bard less than two weeks after Microsoft increased its investment in OpenAI, intensifying the competition in the AI field. Google is also investing in and partnering with AI startup Anthropic, led by former leaders at OpenAI and with a mission centered on AI safety.

Conclusion

Google Bard and ChatGPT represent the latest advancements in AI technology and highlight the importance of artificial intelligence in today’s world. As the field continues to evolve, it will be interesting to see how these AI tools continue to change and impact various industries and everyday life.
