Thinning of hair can happen to anyone and it can take away your confidence. Do you know that there are different reasons for hair loss? Genetics, hormones, lifestyle choices, stress, deficiencies, etc. If you have been looking for hair loss online, you probably have come across natural DHT blocker oils. Studies say that a surge in DHT levels is one of the common causes of hair loss, especially in men.

What is DHT?

DHT or Dihydrotestosterone is a hormone that is present in both men and women. It aids in the development of male sex characteristics such as muscle mass, body hair, etc. It is similar to testosterone. In women, it helps control estrogen and other organ functions.

High levels of DHT can lead to excessive hair loss. The science behind it says that when DHT is released into your bloodstreams, it can cling to the receptors on the hair follicles. This shrinks hair follicles and prevents the growth of new hair. Our scalp becomes less capable of maintaining a healthy head. The effects are more invisible in men in terms of male pattern baldness.

Here comes the role of a DHT blocker oil. A DHT blocker, as the name suggests, slows down or completely blocks the production of excess DHT in the body. DHT hinders the essential nutrients from being absorbed by hair follicles. A good DHT blocker oil will provide your hair with all these beneficial nutrients.

How do we choose the best DHT blocker oil?

With a lot of products in the market, it is difficult to pick one. But here are some ingredients that you should look for while going for a DHT blocker oil:

1. Saw Palmetto

Saw Palmetto naturally prevents DHT from causing hair loss. It is extracted from the berries of Serenoa repens, a kind of palm tree. Additionally, it reduces inflammation in the scalp. Thus, treating scalp-related and hair fall problems.

2. Rosemary Oil

Rosemary essential oil is a natural oil that has a positive effect on hair growth. It strengthens roots by blocking excess DHT amount in the body. Rosemary also improves blood circulation in the scalp.

3. Pumpkin seed oil

Pumpkin seed oil is a potential DHT blocker. This plant-based hair oil is proven to stimulate follicle activity. It even enhances hair volume and stops thinning of hair.

4. Green Tea

Green tea is also a potent DHT blocker. It is full of antioxidants that stimulate hair cells. Green tea prevents hair follicles from being starved of oxygen and blood.

5. Amla Seeds

Amla is known to offer so many health benefits to hair. It contains many helpful ingredients like Vitamin C which support hair growth. Amla can also be used as a preventive method to reduce DHT.

6. Neem Leaf Extracts

Neem leaves are a rich source of antioxidants, fatty acids, and minerals. Besides strengthening the roots, neem leaves also block DHT present in the scalp.

It is important to treat the condition and block DHT before it can further damage your hair. Or if it has already affected your scalp, you need to take corrective measures now. We recommend you try Satthwa’s Vardhana hair oil.

Satthwa’s Vardhana Hair Oil

Satthwa’s Vardhana hair oil is a natural DHT blocker oil. It is a perfect solution to problems like hair loss and thinning. A good thing about it is that it is a natural, chemical-free formula with no added scents or additives. So you don’t have to worry about any scalp irritation, dryness, and other damage.

Benefits

  1. It has an advanced DHT blocker that prevents breakage, hair loss, and thinning.
  2. The active ingredients will help the regrowth of stronger, longer, thicker, and healthier hair.
  3. Vardhana hair oil also improves blood circulation in the scalp and roots.

This gentle DHT blocker oil can be applied 2-3 times a week. Take a few drops of oil on your scalp and gently massage it. Leave overnight and wash it the next day.
