Odisha: The Human Resource team of Sesa Sterlite Ltd, Jharsuguda (Earlier Vedanta Aluminium Ltd.) has been bestowed the coveted ‘L&D LEADERSHIP LEAGUE AWARDS, 2014’ in ‘Best in Culture Transformation’ category on 5th November, 2014 at the Award function held at Gurgaon.
The L&D Leadership League Awards, organized by People Matters Media, aim to recognize and honor HR teams that are creating HR solutions for business problems in the learning and development space. It is a platform that recognizes and rewards the best L&D practices within organizations for making a clear business impact as a result of its initiation.
Sesa Sterlite has always been recognized for pioneering various cutting-edge approaches towards nurturing its talent pool in line with business relevance wherein L&D has significantly contributed towards culture–transformation across the unit. Over 85 companies participated in six categories of the Award, out of which the 3 best companies were shortlisted in each category by a distinguished panel of judges on the basis of the application documents submitted.
