Vinaayak Kamble, HR Manager at Four Points by Sheraton Navi Mumbai, Vashi shares his views on this initiative, “We at Four Points by Sheraton Navi Mumbai believe diligently in the ‘Power of Giving’. As Mother Theresa said, “It’s not how much we give but how much love we put into the giving.” We have decided to associate with an NGO by the name “Girija Balmandir” that works for orphans and their betterment. The need for clothes, stationary and other non-perishable items are of the utmost importance right now and we have gotten all our employees together to donate what they can and make this effort a success.”
In the middle of the water scarcity crisis that has been looming over India, the hotel in the past has actively taken various steps to conserve water through using smaller portions of packaged water, presoaking utensils to save usage of running water, rainwater harvesting as well as staff training to ensure awareness and the best implementation of processes.
