Their success stories reflect resilience, ambition, and the power of education, proving that opportunities—when provided with the right support—can lead to remarkable growth.

- Higher Selection Rates: Women have a 36.7% higher selection rate than men in placements, demonstrating their growing demand in the workforce.
- Active Participation: Female students engage 20% more in extracurricular activities, certifications, and Resume Line Items (RLI), enhancing their skills and employability.
- Strong Commitment: Their average attendance is 9.75% higher than their male counterparts, reflecting dedication and perseverance.
- Placement Success: Women from the 2023-24 batch have an 11.26% higher placement rate, showcasing their increasing preference among recruiters.
These achievements indicate a positive shift towards gender inclusivity in the workforce, where Sunstone plays a crucial role in grooming female students for leadership and success.
Among female students, MBA/PGDM is the most preferred course, accounting for 45.31% of total enrollments. The enrollment rate for MBA is 67.93% higher than BBA/BBM, the second most chosen course. While B.Tech was introduced in 2022-23, enrollments are expected to rise in the coming years as more women explore technology-driven careers.
In terms of career aspirations, female students show a strong preference for job roles in Human Resources, Finance, and Marketing.
