Union Minister for Finance, Corporate Affairs and Information & Broadcasting, Arun Jaitely, presented the award to R.N. Nayak, Chairman & Managing Director, POWERGID in a glittering function of Business Standard award 2014 held in Mumbai recently.
In pursuit of excellence and to identify, one of the fastest-growing electricity utilities companies, POWERGRID has shown remarkable compound annual growth in sales and in net profit over the past three years. The company has been selected for the award after a detailed evaluation process by a Seven members jury comprising eminent personalities under the Jury Chairman Shri K.V Kamath, Chairman of ICICI Bank & Infosys.
