He is one of those legendry Communication and PR professionals who has been in the line for about 35 years, launched several national campaigns, being part of Central Government, then National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) and Hindustan Zinc – Vedanta Group. Popularly known as the Guru of Communication, Pavan Kaushik is a brand in himself when it comes to CXOs & founders communication, advocacy, crisis management, leadership branding, streamlining communication departments and strategic positioning of organizations.
He is an author, motivational speaker and storyteller, who has over 500 stories, 100 authored articles, speeches and key-notes for CXOs and promoters.

I would be extremely happy if my 35 years of experience in executing large socio-economic campaigns in India, leadership messaging & positioning, crisis management, advocacy, streamlining communication strategies & assessment, social media management etc is utilized optimally. Pavan Kaushik is a founder of three most important social campaigns to align business objectives and goals. His social project “Khushi” aligned thousands of like-minded people, who were sensitive towards providing nutrition-education-health to deprived children. At one-time “Khushi” had over 3000 child-care centres in Rajasthan alone. Another project “Sakhi” worked towards economic empowerment of rural and tribal women. The project aligned not only product clusters but also in-house market for the products made by rural and tribal women. To focus on industrial and road safety, he launched project – “Be Safe Zindagi”, that involved direct interaction with over thousands of labourers and mine-workers, and also covered road safety.
Some of the prominent campaigns that Kaushik has handled are New Economic Policy, Rural Development, AIDS Awareness, Pulse Polio, Child Welfare, Women Empowerment, Safety, New Market Development for Zinc and Silver, Galvanization in Auto Sector – Railways – Rebars, to name a few. He has authored two books – “Me Within Myself”, a book on motivation and counselling and “We All Have Zinc in Our Lives” a book on the benefits of Zinc. He is already working on his third book that has real-time stories, primarily on the life-lessons.
