JAJPUR: As a part of its regular programme of providing health care service to the people residing in the peripheral villages, Neelachal Ispat Nigam Limited (NINL) a public sector company at the Kalinga Nagar Industrial Complex in Odisha’s Jajpur district on Saturday (21.09.2013) organized a health check up camp at Gobarghati village – the displaced colony of the company.
A total of 65 people including children of the nearby areas benefited in the health camp which is a part of the company’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activity. Dr. Mansur Ali Khan of NINL was present at the camp to treat the patients. Pharmacist A.M. Khan was also present on the occasion. Medicines were also distributed free of cost.
Generally, health checks up camps are organized by NINL on every Saturday where doctors, experienced pharmacist and paramedical staff render services to the villagers.
More than 10,000 people, till now since 01.01.2012, have been benefitted from the Health Camps organized in different villages in Kalinga Nagar Industrial area of Odisha’s Jajpur district. NINL has spent Rs. 7,23,000/- in these period for the medicines. Camps were organized in different villages like Gobarghati, Sarangapur, Bargadia, Gobarghati, Duburi, Rampilo etc.
