All the members of Balco family should continue working day and night with team spirit to achieve the goals set for ore mining for the year 2016-17. These feelings were shared by Ramesh Nair, CEO & Whole Time Director, Balco at the Town hall Meeting held at Bodai-Daldali Bauxite Mines during his one day visit to the area.
Nair expressed his happiness on meeting the officers and employees. While motivating them, he said that the year 2015-16 has been very fruitful for Balco’s bauxite mining department. He said that Bodai-Daldali Mines team has shown outstanding performance.
He also added that Balco has a wonderful team of mining engineers and technicians. He appealed to the officers and employees that they should strictly follow the guidelines of industrial health, safety and environment in their endeavour to carry out the mining of highest quality ore.
Nair took a tour of Bodai-Daldali Bauxite Mines. Nair and Balco Employees planted saplings in the premises of the mining office premises. Siva Kumar, GM- Industrial Health, Safety & Environment, S.C.Sao, Head- Mines Development, Rajesh Mishra, AGM-Mines, Manoj Modi, AGM-Mines, Mukesh Mehta, AGM-Finance, Ashish Ranjan, Head-CSR, Amit Singh, AGM-Corporate Affairs, Pankaj Mohanta, Manager-Mines along with a lot of officers and employees.
