Mahindra Lifespaces, the real estate division of Mahindra Group, launched the 9th edition of their Sustainability Report. The report provides insight into the sustainability and green initiatives undertaken by the company to embed value driven growth in their operations.
Mahindra Lifespaces is the first Indian real estate developer to launch pre-certified green homes. The company has a 100% green portfolio with 49,500 MWh of energy and over 2482 litres of water saved every year, with its sustainability efforts.
Customers are growing more aware of environmental issues and prefer brands which are socially and environmentally responsible. These initiatives, apart from helping conserve the environment, also allows the company to provide value to its customers.
