BARBIL: Jindal School Barbil has bagged the title of first CBSE Cluster – II Kabaddi Championship in Under 19 boys’ category. For the first time ever Jindal School Barbil has created a new chapter to represent in the National Level Championship by defeating Siddharth School in the final match by 61-43 held at Sambalpur.
The tourney witnessed the participation of various schools from West Bengal, Chhattisgarh and Odisha. The tournament was played in two categories of under – 19 Boys & Girls.
Jindal School Managing Committee Chairman and JSPL Barbil Unit Head T S Shanbhogue, EVP & Group CSR Head Prashant Kumar Hota, Principal G Ramakishore, Head Master Suresh Kumar E.R, coordinator of the School Dr. Sameer Kumar Kanungo congratulated all the players and PET Saroj Sahoo for this achievement.
The boys of Barbil Jindal School displayed excellent skill throughout the championship and lifted the champion title.
