NEW DELHI: FICCI, in partnership with CRB, is organizing the fourth India Sustainability Conclave on 26-27 April, 2016 in FICCI, Federation House, Tansen Marg, New Delhi.
In today’s scenario, sustainability has ceased to be an optional topic in the strategy harvesting process, and has become a medium to filter risks and optimize opportunities for growth. Companies are ensuring that the key focus is not merely on accumulation of financial returns, but a curation of leading practice and material issues, that are aligned with the company’s business priorities.
This edition of the Conclave aims at bringing attention to the sustainability focus among corporates, in light of the multitude of sustainability related policy measures and responsibility disclosures in recent times.
The Conclave this year will dwell on some critical national and internationally relevant themes like Corporate Sustainability: Growing Imperatives for India, Sustainable Supply Chain: A Business Imperative, CSR and Sustainability: Creating Shared Value, Sustainability Reporting: Current Trends and Future Scope and; the Paradigm for Sustainable Investment: Matching Investor’s Perspectives with Corporate Sustainability.
In addition to this, the Conclave will also have a session engaging CEOs in a discussion about the strategic worth of sustainability for business. The Conclave will serve as a knowledge and best practice sharing platform and will draw participation from leading companies and organizations that are at the forefront of sustainability, as well as global thought leaders, experts, policy makers and sustainability service providers.
