Inspiring Young Minds Through Hands-On Learning
Henkel Researchers’ World aims to ignite curiosity in children aged 8 to 10, offering a comprehensive approach that places students in the role of real researchers. The lab at Shardashram School accommodates up to 20 students per session and is set to benefit around 40 nearby schools. Each session includes a briefing on experiments, equipment usage, safety protocols, and hands-on activities where students document observations and engage in discussions. Over a year, students will complete 12 experiments, supported by Henkel employees from Pune volunteering as facilitators.
A Commitment to STEM Education

Since its launch in 2011 at Henkel’s Düsseldorf headquarters, over 100,000 children worldwide have participated in Researchers’ World programs, learning to apply scientific methods to real-life scenarios through critical testing, data analysis, and creativity.
