NEW DELHI: EXICOM is successfully deploying EV chargers under the Energy Efficiency Services Limited (EESL) procurement program at different locations in Delhi-NCR region. These include 100 numbers of 3.3 kW AC chargers and 25 numbers of 15kW DC Fast Chargers.

These will be used to charge the TATA Tigor and Mahindra e-Verito cars procured by EESL. Fully compliant with the Bharat AC and DC specifications released by the Department of Heavy Industries (DHI) earlier this year, it will allow consumers to pay through multiple options (Debit/Credit Card, BHIM as well as UPI).

Anant Nahata, Managing Director of Exicom said, “We are grateful and excited to participate in this project and support the ambitious plan of Indian Government and NITI Aayog to replace all ICE vehicles by EVs by 2030. Our solutions are capable to deliver the performance needed for anxiety free transport at the lowest cost while also helping to solve many problems like reducing pollution and oil import. We hope to play leading role in implementing energy transition and for emissions-free mobility through development of EV Charging Infrastructure across the country.”

The company has already been empanelled by leading automobile manufacturers in India and is actively working to collaborate with both public and private organizations. Presently EXICOM is offering both off the shelf as well as customized solutions for home and public charging for 2W, 3W, Passenger Segment and Commercial Vehicles. Well suited for Indian rugged conditions, these are suitable for deployment at Residential, Commercial and Community Parking locations.
