Projects included constructing classrooms, science laboratories, and libraries, as well as providing play equipment and donating bicycles to girl students in ZPH schools. The company also supports the development of analytical chemistry laboratories at universities, like Andhra University, fostering scientific learning. These efforts provided 2,76,793 litres of clean water daily, significantly reducing plastic bottle usage and preventing approximately 5,200 metric tonnes (MT) of plastic waste and 22,500 MT of CO2 emissions annually. Overall, a remarkable 8,20,585 people benefited from Divi’s safe drinking water initiatives.
In public health, Divi’s addresses healthcare gaps by building critical infrastructure and improving access to quality medical services. This includes supporting health education, facilitating mobile clinics, and providing essential medical equipment. In FY 2024–25, 1,08,953 beneficiaries across 66 villages in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana received support through these healthcare programs, promoting early intervention and improved health outcomes.

In FY 2024–25, the company conserved approximately 34,870 GJ of energy and 92,130 KL of water, while reducing 6,350 TCO2e of GHG emissions and 35 MT of plastic waste. These efforts are part of its ambitious Sustainability Goals 2030, which include reducing absolute-based GHG emissions by 5% and intensity-based GHG emissions by 25%, as well as reducing water consumption and waste disposal by 25%.

Financial Snapshot of CSR Spending in FY 2025
For the financial year 2024–25, Divi’s had an average net profit of Rs 2,711.92 crore, leading to a total CSR obligation of Rs 55.40 crore. The company spent Rs 48.10 crore on various CSR projects, with an additional Rs 1.00 crore allocated to administrative overheads and Rs 0.09 crore for impact assessment studies conducted by an independent agency, M/s. Deeksha, a registered non-profit society. This brings the total CSR expenditure for the year to Rs 49.19 crore.
An amount of Rs 6.21 crore was identified as unspent for the year, primarily relating to ongoing projects. This amount has been duly deposited in a separate bank account within stipulated timelines, in compliance with Section 135(6) of the Companies Act, 2013. The cumulative shortfall at the end of the year was Rs 19 crore. Divi’s also allocated Rs 11.22 crore to CSR projects in Visakhapatnam and Rs 0.40 crore in Vizianagaram, both aspirational districts.
