NEW DELHI (India CSR): India Yamaha Motor (IYM) Pvt. Ltd. has extended support to the District Administration, Noida, through the donation of a fully air‑conditioned bus to the Government Girls Home, Sector 62, under its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives. The contribution aligns with IYM’s Safe Mobility Initiative, which focuses on improving access to safe and dependable transportation for girl children requiring care and protection.
The Government Girls Home serves as a residential facility – providing essential services including education, protection, and rehabilitation – for girls in need. To address the challenges faced by the Home in meeting the mobility needs, IYM collaborated with District Administration to equip the institution with a dedicated vehicle that will support daily travel for the educational, medical, and counselling purposes of the resident girls.

The bus was officially handed over on 27 February 2026 in the presence of Yamaha’s senior officials, along with Medha Roopam, District Magistrate, Gautam Buddha Nagar; Anudita Singh, Superintendent of the Government Girls Home; and Manoj Kumar, District Probation Officer.
With this addition, the Home will be able to ensure safer and more reliable transportation for the girls, improving access to essential services while enhancing their overall well‑being and daily experience.

The Yamaha Motor Group is committed to creating lasting, positive impact by contributing to society’s sustainable development in line with its Corporate Philosophy. The company’s sustainability approach is anchored on four key pillars: Health, Education, Environment, and Road Safety. Through initiatives that strengthen mobility infrastructure, Yamaha aims to support efforts that build a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for children living in institutional care.
