UrbanClap, India’s leading home services marketplace, celebrated its 5th anniversary on 10th November. The company wanted to celebrate this milestone by giving back to mother nature by organising cleanliness and plantation drives in 5 cities in India, which includes Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Pune and Bangalore.
Through this activity, UrbanClap aimed to raise awareness about pollution and in turn contribute towards making a difference. The cleanliness drive was held across five cities namely, Delhi (Connaught Place), Mumbai (Juhu Beach), Bangalore (Ulsoor Lake), Hyderabad (NTR marg and Lumbini park) and Pune (cleaning of Mula River bed in partnership with Jeevitnadi, a foundation for living rivers) for a duration of 5 hours.
Additionally, a plantation drive was held in Manesar in Delhi NCR in collaboration with SankalpTaru, a non-profit organization.
