MUMBAI (India CSR): Property Solutions (India) Pvt. Ltd. (PSIPL), one of India’s leading indigenous providers of Integrated Facility Management Services (IFMS), has taken a significant stride in advancing its CSR vision by launching a dedicated Skill Development Centre in Kandivali, Mumbai. This initiative, undertaken in collaboration with its parent company, the Kalpataru Group, aims to train over 1,000 youth every year in hospitality and facility management services.
Inauguration and Vision
Inaugurated by Piyush Goyal, Hon’ble Minister of Commerce & Industry, under the aegis of CII’s Multi Skill Training Institute & Model Career Centre, the centre is a milestone in PSIPL’s mission to bridge the skill gap and create meaningful livelihood opportunities for underprivileged youth, especially school dropouts and job seekers.

As a key stakeholder in this initiative, PSIPL brings to the table over two decades of deep domain expertise in facilities management and workplace efficiency. Structured Training Programs
The Skill Development Centre will offer structured training programmes that combine theoretical instruction with practical application in areas such as housekeeping, technical services, customer interaction, safety protocols, and soft skills. Graduates of the programme will be supported with placement assistance, helping them secure employment in a rapidly growing sector.
