ANGUL (India CSR): The Angul location head and Executive Director (I/c) of Jindal Steel felicitated the OPSC 2025 achievers who received coaching for the Odisha Public Service Commission examination through Jindal Steel’s social responsibility arm, Jindal Foundation. These 13 young achievers were provided free, high-quality coaching under the Foundation’s flagship “UTKARSH – Train the Scholars” program.
On this occasion, Pankaj Malhan congratulated the young and dynamic officers of Odisha and said, “I wish you all the very best for your future professional endeavours. I am confident that the people of the state will greatly benefit from your services. I also hope you will continue to maintain synergy between government systems and public expectations to the best of your ability and judgment.”

The achievers expressed their gratitude to Jindal Foundation for the support received through the UTKARSH program, which played a significant role in their journey to success.
Jayanta Kumar Mohanty, HoD–CSR, Jindal Foundation, along with other officials, was also present during the felicitation ceremony.
The initiative UTKARSH, launched in 2021–22, has been providing free coaching to 500 students every year and has benefited more than 2,000 students since its inception. Over the years, more than 150 students have cleared various government examinations, including the OPSC OAS. This year alone, 13 students have been selected, and overall, more than 50 students have qualified specifically in the OPSC examination.
It is noteworthy that Jindal Foundation remains committed to strengthening education through various initiatives such as After School Learning, YASHASVI, O.P. Jindal Star & Jewel Scholarship, Jindal Asha, and Savitri Jindal DAV High School.
