NEW DELHI (India CSR): IndiGoReach, the CSR arm of IndiGo, has partnered with the Blind People’s Association (BPA), Ahmedabad, to launch its Skill Development Programme for underserved communities. BPA is one of India’s leading institutions in disability inclusion and rehabilitation.
Inclusive Youth Upskilling
Aligned with IndiGo’s commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, the initiative aims to upskill 300 youth, including Persons with Disabilities (PwDs) and individuals from gender-diverse communities. The programme is designed to enhance employability through relevant training and recognised certification for industries including travel, transportation, logistics, and hospitality, enabling participants’ transition towards sustainable livelihoods.

CSR Skill Development
Skill development and capacity building is a core pillar of IndiGo’s CSR agenda. In FY2025–26, the airline reached over one lakh individuals through various skill development and capacity-building initiatives. Through this programme, IndiGoReach continues to invest in initiatives that not only build skills but also promote equity and contribute to a more inclusive and resilient economic ecosystem.
