IIFL Foundation, in collaboration with the Ministry of Defence, the National Cadet Corps (NCC), and REACHA, supported by Lohitpur Brigade and Dao Division, has initiated a groundbreaking home stay training program in Arunachal Pradesh. The primary objective is to uplift underprivileged youth and contribute to the region’s economic growth.
The program commenced on September 11 at Indira Gandhi Government College (IGGC) in Tezu, Arunachal Pradesh. Over the next year, 160 Tezu youth will receive extensive training in home stay hospitality, preparing them for a thriving career in the tourism industry. The training encompasses technical skills and essential soft skills such as communication, grooming, and computer proficiency.
