MUMBAI: Amway India, FMCG direct selling company celebrated Children’s Day for the tenth consecutive year with 10 NGO partners across India. The children’s day celebration is a part of Amway’s CSR project Sunrise under which Amway aims to promote the overall well-being of underprivileged children in India by providing them access to education, health and hygiene.
As a part of the celebration, multiple activities were organized which received enthusiastic participation from children. In Navi Mumbai Amway India partnered with Swami Brahmanand Pratisthan and organized a cultural event on the theme of ‘Sanskriti’ to sensitize the differently abled children on rich culture & heritage of India Children enthusiastically participated highlighting the cultures of different states of India through dance performance, regional songs and walking the ramp during the fashion show, which enthralled the audience present for the event.
Tushar Doshi, Deputy Commissioner of Police – Crime, Navi Mumbai Chief Guest for the occasion inspired and motivated the children of Swami Brahmanand. The event concluded with gifts and prizes for all the participants.
