Chairperson of the CSR Committee of Infosys – Govind Iyer’s diverse set of expertise would be highly valuable for the strategic direction of the company

Govind Iyer is the Chairperson of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Committee at Infosys Limited. He was appointed as an independent director, effective from January 12, 2023. Iyer has an impressive track record of leadership in various organizations, which lends significant strength to his role at Infosys.

Before his association with Infosys, Iyer served as a Partner at Egon Zehnder, a global leadership advisory firm. He brought his expertise from there, along with his experiences at leading companies such as Procter & Gamble, Coca-Cola, and Heinz, to his role at Infosys.

In addition to his professional pursuits, the CSR Committee chairperson Govind Iyer has been actively involved in academic and philanthropic domains. He is an active alumnus of the University of Pennsylvania and has served on the Wharton Executive Education Advisory Board. He was also a member of the Advisory Board of the Asian Venture Philanthropy Network (AVPN).
