Certificate Course in Agroecology at University of Calcutta

KOLKATA: A certificate course in Agroecology is being offered at the Centre for Agroecology and Pollination Studies at the University of Calcutta.

The free course jointly organised by Welthungerhilfe and University of Calcutta is designed for farmer trainers, civil society activists, and extension workers.

The 3 months’ course provides students with an opportunity to learn about farm and food systems through action learning sessions with farmers and experts.

The course will start in July and end in September. One must possess a bachelor’s degree for applying.
