BENGALURU: International Institute of Hotel Management (IIHM) said that Surya Sekhar Roy Choudhury will be India contestant for the 4th edition Young Chef Olympiad 2018, world’s largest culinary competition for hospitality students.
Young Chef Olympiad in 2018 will be held in India across 4 Indian cities, supported by Ministry of Tourism, Government of India and Department of Tourism, Government of Karnataka.
Young Chef Olympiad was created as a platform for chefs-in-training from around the world to interact and showcase their talent.
The previous three editions got tremendous positive response from the international hospitality community, making the event the most-anticipated contest across the world.
