UDAIPUR: The district administration of Udaipur organized a flower show cum Exhibition from 25 December 2016 to 3Â January 2017 at Fatehsagar Lake, Udaipur.
Flower Show was inaugurated by Gulab Chand Kataria, Home Minister- Rajasthan, and Arjun Lal meena, Member of Parliament –Udaipur in presence of Ravinder Srimali Chairmain UIT and Chandra Singh Kothari Mayor Nagar Nigam Udaipur.
During inaugural visit Home Minister appreciated concept of Wonder Cement exhibition and also gave inspirational message to media for our contribution. Flower exhibition of Wonder Cement has become major attraction for the visitors. Flowers species introduced in flower show were namely lillium, Petunia, Poinsettia, gerbera, anthorium, orchid allisum and many more.
P. Patidar, Director, Wonder Cement said that Wonder Cement has participated in Udaipur flower show this year with a concept of Growing of flowers in a Rocky Strata, Rajasthan sand dunes and use of waste in Floriculture for beautification.
He said that Wonder Cement has planted about 195229 plants in 111 Hectare in Nimbahera, developed 2 fruits orchards for employment and contributed for income generation for rural community 18 Hectare area with 18000 fruit plants, developed Pulla chouraya in Udaipur and planted beautiful flowering plants in median of road from Sukher to Pratapnagar by pass in Udaipur. Organizing flower exhibition is all about inspiring, educating and motivating the next generation.
