NEW DELHI: The Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA) together with the International Finance Corporation (IFC) of the World Bank Group invites nominations for Corporate Governance Board Leadership Training of Trainers (ToT) program for corporates and academics.
The objective of the ToT is to develop a pool of trainers that will provide Corporate Governance training and advisory services to Board members and Senior Executives (CEO, CFO and COOs) of individual business enterprises or at board leadership workshops. Participants can enroll for either of these batches as per their convenience.
IFC has been providing Corporate Governance Board Leadership Training of Trainers (ToT) programs based of its Board Leadership Training Toolkit since 2008, to serve the growing need for training and curriculum on corporate globally. The objective of the ToT is to develop a pool of trainers that will provide Corporate Governance training and advisory services to Board members and Senior Executive (CEO, CFO and COOs) of individual business enterprises or at board leadership workshop. IFC will provide certificates of participation (subject to fulfilling all requirements) through this ToT. Participate will be able to use these materials and may be called upon by IFC for delivering such training in the South Asia region or globally.
