MUMBAI: Syncom Formulations (India) Limited, a WHO-GMP and ISO 9001:2015 certified pharmaceutical company, today reported a strong set of results for the quarter ended 30 June 2026, marked by healthy growth in income and a significant improvement in profitability over the corresponding quarter last year.
On a consolidated basis, the Company recorded total income of Rs 133.36 crore for Q1 FY 2026-27, against Rs 122.94 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year, a growth of 8 per cent. Profit before tax rose 59 per cent to Rs 32.25 crore from Rs 20.29 crore, while profit after tax increased approximately 58 per cent to Rs 24.85 crore, compared with Rs 15.75 crore a year earlier. Earnings per share improved to Rs 0.26 from Rs 0.17. Revenue from operations grew to
Rs 125.53 crore from Rs 116.90 crore, an increase of nearly 7 per cent.
The Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of Rs 0.10 per equity share of face value Rs 1 each for the financial year ended 31 March 2026, subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

Manufacturing Backbone
All products are manufactured at the Company’s WHO-GMP approved facility at Pithampur, Madhya Pradesh, a modern plant of approximately 2,50,000 sq. ft. producing tablets, capsules, liquid orals, injectables, ophthalmics and topical preparations.
