To avail the benefits of the solar scheme you should have the following

  • You must be a residential consumer
  • You must be a citizen of India
  • Your household appliances must have a valid connection
  • Under this PM solar scheme, the government provides a subsidy to install solar panels. The amount you get ranges from Rs. 30,000 to Rs. 78,000, depending on how big is your solar system.
