JAMMU (India CSR): IIM Jammu as part of its CSR initiative for the people and community of Jammu and Kashmir in collaboration with District Administration, Kishtwar, Mission Youth and Govt. of Polytechnic College, Kishtwar will be organizing a โCommunity Leadership Executive Courseโ from 27th March to 31st March 2023 at Canal Road Campus, IIM Jammu.
This leadership training program, a CSR Initiative from IIM Jammu is designed to provide visionary leadership and strategic thrust to the youth by sharpening their leadership skills by fostering teamwork and communication within an organization.
Dr. Devansh Yadav, IAS, DC Kishtwar flagged of 30 students on 26th March 2023 from Kishtwar District to attend a five day โCommunity Leadership Executive Courseโ at IIM Jammu. He further mentioned that the leadership programme will enhance the skill sets of the youth of Kishtwar paving the path of sustainable development and growth in the union territory of J & K.
He expressed his happiness for the kind support extended by IIM Jammu for such an initiative. The โCommunity Leadership Executive Courseโ for the Youth of Kishtwar will be inaugurated on 27th March by Shri Sudershan Kumar, JKAS, in presence of Prof. B.S. Sahay, Director, IIM Jammu at their Canal Road Campus.
In this context, Prof. B.S. Sahay, Director, IIM Jammu mentioned that the Community Leadership Program is part of the Institute CSR Initiative for the people and community of Jammu and Kashmir. This leadership program is designed to develop and sharpen the skills of the youth and thereby paving the path for meaningful outcomes in the interest of the people and community of the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir.
The programme is being coordinated by Dr. Vaseem Akram, and Dr. Bijoy Rakshit and it is being facilitated by Executive Education and Consultancy wing of IIM Jammu headed by Dr. Pankaj. K. Agarwal, Chairperson, Executive Education and Consultancy (EE &C), IIM Jammu.
