Lodha Group, a real estate developer appointed Lee Polisano as its Independent Director, a globally reputed leader in the field of design and sustainability, and will give a huge boost to the organization’s journey of becoming a global leader in sustainable built environments.
In line with the company’s focus on sustainable design and its commitment to becoming a net-zero carbon emissions company by 2035, Lodha has been keen to bring in global expertise to guide the Group’s business.

Polisano is internationally recognised for his architectural & urban design work which emphasise an underlying concern for the environment and his passion for innovation. With an ardent focus on sustainability and the use of technology to improve the built environment, he is renowned for designing some of the world’s most environment-friendly buildings including The Edge in Amsterdam.

Lee is the Founding Partner and President of PLP Architecture, a London-based group of architects, designers, and researchers. Before founding PLP Architecture, Lee was a global partner at KPF (one of the world’s most renowned architecture firms) and co-founded the KPF London office wherein he served as its global President for six years. Lee is also a Fellow of the American Institute of Architects, a member of the Royal Institute of British Architects, and a Trustee of the Urban Land Institute.
With a strong commitment towards a sustainable future, Lodha recently announced its aim of becoming carbon neutral by 2035 and has been continuously taking initiatives to propel its vision of ‘Building a Better Life.
