New Delhi – Biocon Ltd indicated 4 complaints of women sexual harassment filed in FY2018-19.
However, the company has placed an anti-sexual harassment policy in line with the requirements of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013.
The Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) has been set up to redress complaints regarding sexual harassment and all employees are covered under this policy, which is gender neutral.
