In its tenth year, Brillio’s vibrant sustainability program continues to demonstrate its dedication to environmental stewardship, social responsibility, and ethical governance. Brillio’s adoption of a 100% cloud-based approach to internal IT requirements has significantly reduced energy consumption.

Brillio tracks its environmental performance on several parameters, including energy use, water use, waste generation, and business travel. “We track our environmental performance on a number of parameters to reduce our carbon footprint, conserve resources, and adopt eco-friendly practices,” Mamodia notes. This approach has enabled Brillio to establish baselines and set targets for future improvements, contributing to the company’s achievement of carbon neutrality in India and the US, with a pledge to become carbon-neutral worldwide by 2025 and net zero by 2035.

The ESG report has been prepared using the Global Reporting Initiative’s (GRI) Sustainability Reporting Guidelines 2013 (G4.0 Core) as a guiding principle for the year 2023. Primary data was collected through data request sheets, actual performance ratings, interviews, and stakeholder feedback. Secondary data was gathered from annual financial reports and documents, HR records, company policies, Code of Conduct, and other manuals and publications, the company report said.
