Leading Indian cookware manufacturer gifts essential kitchen utensils to support families of children undergoing cancer treatment in Mumbai.

MUMBAI (India CSR): In a heartwarming gesture this festive season, Vinod Cookware India Pvt. Ltd., one of India’s most trusted kitchenware brands with over six decades of innovation and excellence, has extended its support to families staying at India’s first Ronald McDonald House in Mahim, Mumbai. The company has contributed a wide range of 382 stainless-steel kitchen essentials to make daily cooking and dining easier for the families of children undergoing treatment for cancer.

Founded in 1962 by Rajeram Agarwal, Vinod Cookware is India’s leading manufacturer of premium stainless steel cookware. With over 400 products, the brand is known for its commitment to quality, hygiene, and innovation. It exports to over 30 countries including the UK, USA, Germany, and France, and is renowned for offering India’s largest range of stainless steel pressure cookers.

A Home Filled with Warmth and Hope

The newly inaugurated Ronald McDonald House, launched on October 5, 2025, serves as a “home-away-from-home” for families whose children are receiving medical care at nearby hospitals. The initiative marks India’s entry into the global network of over 400 Ronald McDonald Houses, which collectively stand as symbols of comfort, compassion, and community support for families during difficult times.

Contribution for Shared Meals

The donation from Vinod Cookware includes kitchen utensils from its flagship brands — Vinod Intelligent Cookware and Kraft — featuring 64 dining sets, 16 stainless steel cookware sets, 16 pressure cookers, 32 serving spoons, 16 tiffin boxes, 32 steel bottles, and various other essential items. These contributions aim to help families cook and share meals together, reinforcing the emotional strength that comes from togetherness.
