Under the guidance and support of the relevant national and local authorities, TKM has been taking immediate and comprehensive actions necessary to prevent any spread and is also taking adequate internal precautions based on our own guidelines and standards of care.
Moving forward and considering the developments on the COVID-19 outbreak in certain parts of the country, the company has decided that its Regional SBUs in Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata & Bangalore will be operating with temporary reduced headcount [50%]. Selection of such 50% staff would be done in such a way that there is minimal business impact and also to minimize the risk of staff health. Balance 50% of the staff would work from home. This is initiated keeping in mind the safety & well-being of our employees. Further, we will continue to monitor the situation and take suitable decisions accordingly.
