MUMBAI (India CSR): Suryoday Small Finance Bank has announced the appointment of Pankaj Gulati as its Chief People Officer and Head – Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). In his new role, Gulati will also oversee key functions across Marketing and Communications, driving the bank’s strategic people initiatives and brand engagement efforts.
With over two decades of leadership experience in the financial services sector, Gulati brings a wealth of expertise in human resources, marketing, and operations. Prior to joining Suryoday Small Finance Bank, he served as Executive President and Head – Centre of Excellence & Shared Services at AU Small Finance Bank. Earlier, he was part of the leadership team at Fincare Small Finance Bank, where he held several senior positions including Chief People Officer, Chief Marketing Officer, and Chief Operating Officer – Corporate Services.
Gulati brings over two decades of experience in Banking, Finance, and Insurance sectors, with expertise in employee lifecycle management, performance systems, and HR technology. He has previously worked with AU Small Finance Bank, Fincare Small Finance Bank, MetLife India Insurance, and HSBC among others. This appointment aims to strengthen the bank’s human resources and corporate social responsibility initiatives. This appointment underscores Suryoday Small Finance Bank’s commitment to enhancing its human resource capabilities and corporate social responsibility efforts.
