Satish brings with him a rich and diverse experience across people development, organizational design, and digital HR transformation. Prior to joining PNB Housing Finance, he held senior leadership positions at Bharti AXA Life Insurance, Bharti AXA General Insurance, and JSW Steel, where he spearheaded several high-impact HR and operational initiatives.
