He brings rich Industry experience as Chief Executive and CHRO and has worked in organizations like Hero Honda, Aditya Birla Group, Jindal Steel & Power, JBM (Maruti Suzuki JV), Trident Group, HZL etc. in varied functions/locations. As Sr. VP (HR & CSR) he led the JSPL team for AIMA’s best CSR Award and has been Jury Member in deciding CSR National Awards. He has been in apex committees of CII, AIMA, DMA and President of National HRD Network-Delhi.
Brought up in a village, becoming first generation to go to schooling, Dabas used to wakeup at 4 AM to complete his peasantry mundane and then walk 16 km daily for his schooling and this as well as his unique journey of life transformation developed a strong commitment in him for underprivileged and CSR.
He interviewed 200 Great Achievers who rose out of humble backgrounds and authored a globally acclaimed book ‘Success & Beyond’ to inspire people in realizing their dreams.
