He leads entire spectrum of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) functions including community development initiatives, CSR Strategy aligned with business strategies, leading CSR communication for internal and external stakeholders.
He is experienced CSR professional with experience in community need assessment, partnership with NGO’s, Programme Management, Strategic Planning, Implementation and Execution, Budgeting and Cost Control, Monitoring and Evaluation of NGO supported projects and CSR Projects.
Prasad BV skilled in handling large projects and creating positive impact for the benefit of local community in and around the plants. An effective communicator with strong relationship, management skills, networking within industry, NGO fraternity, project partners and allied agencies.
He experienced in capacity building and skill up-gradation through training and workshops and mentoring organizations in up scaling programmes. Coordinating statutory compliance with regard to land, water, and environment in order to pursue ethical business practices.
He has been contributing in linking Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) as a business strategy and embedding CSR into the Culture of the organization.
He is well versed in donor relation and developed partnership with International agencies like UNICEF, HIV/AIDS Alliance, Sight Savers International and Frontile Span and mobilized funds for projects.
