POWERGRID, Northern Region-I under its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative handed over Neo-Natal Ventilators to Dr Virender Yadav, CMO, District Hospital, Gurugram on March 2. This CSR initiative of POWERGRID, completed under the guidance and leadership of Shri A K Mishra, Executive Director, NR-I marks the second and final phase of providing lifesaving medical equipment to Faridabad, Gurugram and Mewat districts of Haryana.
During the first phase of the project, handheld ABG Machines were provided to various district hospitals in these three districts of the state.
POWERGRID has always been on the forefront in facilitating the augmentation of health infrastructure within the state of Haryana as well as in other states through its various CSR initiatives that include works related to health, rural development, education, environment and more with a vision of contributing towards the integrated development of the country.
On the behalf of District Hospital, Gurugram Dr Virender Yadav, CMO, Gurugram and Shri Gaurav Singh, Additional CEO from Haryana State CSR Trust were handed over the Neo-Natal Ventilators. Sh.
