School of Development Studies, IIHMR University, in association with India CSR is organising a three-week Online Executive Certificate programme on theme ‘Optimizing CSR for Greater Good’ during 23 September– 11 October, 2020.
The programme is designed for middle and senior level corporate and development executives. The programme emphasizes on the understanding about changing CSR scenario post COVID-19 as well as the desired CSR interventions for larger impact.
The first Cohort of the programme, which started on September 23, has 21 middle and senior CSR executives from more than 10 companies and development organization. The programme has been designed with innovative and ragogical tools focusing on integration of research-driven learning.

During the inaugural session of the programme, Dr. P.R. Sodani emphasized the changing role of strategic CSR in dealing with the challenges caused due to COVID-19. The Dean, School of Development Studies, IIHMR University, Prof. Rahul Ghai elaborated on how the IIHMR University is promoting CSR through specialized research oriented education.
Commenting on the launch of the programme Rusen Kumar, Founder of India CSR said that the field of CSR has brought great opportunity to not only serve the society but also to learn from the society.
