Lucknow: The second wave of Covid left us all once again locked inside our homes, but as the blues of the Covid are getting over, IIM Lucknow is getting ready to witness its biggest Management fest.
With more than 36 years of legacy, Manfest-Varchasva, IIM Lucknow’s Annual Business, Cultural and Sports fest, is about to kickstart on February 19th 2022.
The fest will be flagged off with a campus run by students of IIM Lucknow, organized as part of the CSR movement, with all social distancing norms being ensured.

In the aftermath of the COVID -19, the fest is all set to be conducted in a hybrid mode. Student bodies and college administration are ensuring that all COVID protocols and guidelines are being ensured for the safe operations of the offline events.
The fest will witness some of the most notable speakers from the industry as part of the Leader’s express series.
Some of the most widely recognised names include Dr. Philip Kotler, who we all know as the father of modern marketing; Kris Gopalakrishnan – Co-founder and Ex-CEO of Infosys and Mr. Abhayanand, IPS officer and co-founder of Super 30 concept, among many others.
The leadership talk series will also cover social conclave and women’s leadership conclave where students get a chance to interact with industry stalwarts on pressing issues of the society and business.
The fest is lined up with more than 40 events across categories like management, dance, singing, theatre, literature, and fashion, among many others.
One of the major highlights of this year’s Manfest-Varchasva is the 50 Million Startup funding challenge where budding entrepreneurs will pitch their business ideas to eminent VC investors to raise funding from a net pool of INR 50 million.
The cultural events will have participants being judged by celebrities excelling in their respective domains. The prominent judges for this year’s Manfest-Varchasva include Kailash Kher, Avijit Dutt & Saumya Tandon.
Each day will be concluded with an energy packed entertainment night to be conducted offline. Stand-up comedian Gaurav Kapoor will be performing live at the comedy night on 19th February at IIM Lucknow.
A perfect amalgamation of fun, learning, and excitement, event will be concluded on 20th February with students dancing to the tunes of the bollywood playback singer and music maestro Javed Ali.
On 20th February, lights will turn off for the biggest b-school fest hosted during the difficult times of COVID-19 to come out even bigger next year. Manfest-Varchasva 2021-22 will undoubtedly be a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
